Young Prosthodontist along with special interest in Dental Materials. After completing Bachelors of Dental Surgery from Fatima Jinnah Dental College and Hospital, Karachi (2008), he chased his dream of becoming a Prosthodontist and realised
having the knowledge of materials was an important aspect of being a world class clinician. After being awarded Master’s Degree in Science of Dental Materials (2012) from University of Sheffield, United Kingdom he was one of the lucky ones to get enrolled into the country’s most challenging course (Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics, aka D.ClinDent) with highest accreditation within the United Kingdom and with the Royal College of Surgeon’s, Edinburgh. He successfully completed his DClintDent in Prosthodontics from University of Sheffield, United Kingdom in 2016. During the three year course he developed especial interest in FEA and successfully completed his research on 3-D FEA analysis of stress distribution among different crown preparation designs. He returned to Pakistan after his Post graduation to dedicate and serve in his parent college as Assistant Professor Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. Recently he has Joined King Faisal University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is working as Assistant Professor in the department of Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics and Implantology. He continuously strives to make sure his patients are proud of the smile they’ve got and his students succeed and become nice human beings with good knowledge
of Prosthodontics. His research interest include stress distribution in different crown designs along with adhesive bond properties of different luting agents. As a clinician he is more involved in rehabilitation cases of occlusion and aesthetic needs of patients. Currently he is in process of authoring a few chapters in materials science and is involved in active research in dental materials and fixed prosthodontics.
